About Us

I'm Gretchen

I help women in their 40s & 50s resolve fatigue so they can be more productive and physically & emotionally present with their families.

I struggled with fatigue for decades working to successfully resolve it. No amount of sleep or working out helped. I felt stuck in a fog, never felt rested, & struggled to make it through my day. All I wanted was energy to spend time with my family, workout, and enjoy having the energy to be both physically & emotionally present with them.

Frustrated with how my fatigue was ignored by conventional practitioners I found a provider who gave me valuable insights that helped me make lifestyle adjustments and resolve my fatigue!

As a Registered Nurse and a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner I now use my personal experience and professional expertise to help women resolve their fatigue. Now, I may or may not have all the answers... but I do have the ones that matter for overcoming fatigue.

Fatigued to Fabulous 5 Step Program

When you enroll in the Fatigue Resolution: Fatigued to Fabulous we'll start off with targeted testing to uncover what's driving your fatigue. I will walk you through the Fatigued to Fabulous 5 step program. I'll develop a plan based on your test results specifically designed to help you resolve your fatigue

Step 1: Health Assessment

In Step 1, We uncover together: Who are you & What is your health story? What does fatigue look like for you? What is your baseline - where are you starting from (Labs)? I’ll also review the fundamentals of health & how your body is supposed to work. We’ll also have our first 1:1 session so I can learn about your specific challenges with fatigue.

Step 2: Detoxification

During step 2 I review importance of the body’s detoxification system and how it affects fatigue & what you can do to support it. We’ll also have our second 1:1 session to review the first set of test results & using those results, identify strategies you can implement to support your body’s detoxification system.

Step 3: Sleep & Stress

In Step 3 we’ll review the role of sleep & stress in fatigue. The importance of sleep hygiene, your circadian cycle, & how blood sugar can disrupt sleep. We will also focus on discovering methods & tools for managing stress & implementing what works. We’ll also have our third 1:1 session to review your sleep/wake cycles & identify strategies that work for you to maximize sleep & mitigate stress.

Step 4: Energy & Exercise

Step 4 - We’ll discuss the importance of eating quality foods, how they affect energy, blood sugar & food allergens affect fatigue. We’ll also review how exercise affects fatigue, the importance of daily movement, strength training, cardio, rest/recovery & synch exercise to your cycle. We’ll have our fourth 1:1 session to review your gut function, and food sensitivities/allergens & develop strategies you can implement to improve your energy.

Step 5: Hormones

During Step 5 we’ll discuss the importance of balanced hormones, the hormone circadian cycle, how blood sugar affects hormones, and how hormones affect fatigue. We’ll have our fifth 1:1 session to review your hormone function & discuss recommendations for address hormone issues driving fatigue.
